One of the great pleasures as Baltimore County Executive is the opportunity to share great news that will have a positive impact on everyone living in our County. I just had the pleasure of unveiling Towson Row, a $300 million development project at the southern gateway to downtown Towson.

    OK, so is a vibrant urban center what we want or what is best for the area or is this just another case of profitable (for someone) overdevelopment? Is there an overarching solution for the longstanding traffic problem? What do the folks at Balt. Co. Public Works have to say about the impact on traffic?
