Towson development and open space – Baltimore Sun

The article “Baltimore County Council OKs zoning bill for Towson Row” (Jan. 20) states that the developer of Towson Row will pay for “some open space projects in the area” but does not say just how much the developer, Caves Valley, will be paying. Currently, Caves Valley will pay just $55,000 in open space fees, which is not adequate to buy any meaningful open space in the Towson area given the cost of land there.
