Thursday, October 29, the Maryland Secretary of Transportation and state officials will appear before the Baltimore County Executive and County Council as part of the annual Consolidated Transportation Program tour.  The CTP is the long-term transportation funding blueprint for the state, and these officials visit every jurisdiction every year.  Councilman Marks intends to raise the importance of a pilot program for the Towson Circulator (the Hogan administration is already helping to plan the project), as well as continued resurfacing on state roads (work was recently done on York Road).  The meeting is at 2 p.m. in the Council chambers, please attend.
