Some residents of Towson’s Wiltondale neighborhood say students from nearby Towson University are crowding them out of the community’s available on-street parking spaces.

Balto. Co. Council OKs zoning bill for Towson Row – Baltimore Sun

The Baltimore County Council on Tuesday paved a smoother path for Towson Row, a proposed $350 million mixed-use redevelopment project on York Road.

Recent Towson changes to parking policies revised – baltimoresun.com
